Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quizzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quizzer is an online quiz and knowledge assessment platform designed for educational purposes, workshops, and training sessions. The Service allows users to take quizzes, track their progress, and receive personalized learning recommendations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Plans and Pricing

Quizzer offers two service plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 quizzes per day. This limit resets at midnight each day.
• Premium Plan: €4.99 per month, includes 10 quizzes per day and additional features.

Admin-assigned quizzes (invitations) do not count towards the daily limit for either plan.

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to Premium:

• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Charges are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period
• You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Quizzer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
